Key Features

Imported Core Components, Fully Automatic Toxicity Detection

From metering units to light sources, from carrier flow methods to communication protocols — every detail is designed for long-term unattended operation: high sensitivity, high stability, and direct readout of acute comprehensive water toxicity.

Imported Core Components

Main components use imported brands, ensuring instrument precision, stability, and long-term reliability from the source.

Infrared Metering Unit

Infrared metering delivers precise sample injection with small metering error, providing a stable and reliable baseline for toxicity conversion.

Positive / Negative Pressure Carrier Flow

Positive / negative pressure carrier flow technology — peristaltic pump tubing never contacts liquid, avoiding contamination and wear, stable and durable.

Fully Automatic Toxicity Detection

Referencing ISO and GB/T standard methods, full-process automatic detection — sampling, reaction, and cleaning all done unattended with one touch.

Dedicated LED Light Source

Dedicated LED light source paired with photoelectric detection delivers high signal-to-noise ratio, sensitively and accurately capturing even faint luminescence changes.

RS232 / RS485 · MODBUS

Standard MODBUS protocol, remote reading of operating status and data, local and cloud synchronization for centralized management.

Detection Principle

Luminescent Bacteria Method, Read Toxicity in Four Steps

Luminescent bacteria emit stable light at constant temperature. When exposed to toxic substances, their metabolism is inhibited and luminescence decreases. The instrument compares sample and reference luminescence values, calculates the inhibition rate, and directly reflects the acute comprehensive toxicity of the water body.

STEP 01

Constant Temperature Incubation

Luminescent bacteria metabolize normally in a 15 °C constant temperature environment, producing a stable and reproducible bioluminescence baseline.

STEP 02

Quantitative Sampling

Positive / negative pressure carrier flow precisely mixes water sample and bacterial solution; peristaltic pump tubing does not contact liquid, ensuring stability and durability.

STEP 03

Photoelectric Detection

Dedicated LED light source paired with infrared metering unit collects luminescence intensity, high signal-to-noise ratio and sensitive readings.

STEP 04

Toxicity Conversion

Comparing sample and reference luminescence values yields the inhibition rate — the higher the value, the stronger the acute comprehensive water toxicity.
